    Spiti Valley Tour
Upon arrival at Chandigarh Airport or Railway Station, meet your driver and begin your journey towards Narkanda, a peaceful hill station surrounded by pine forests and apple orchards. En route, enjoy scenic views as you pass through Shimla, Kufri, and Theog. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, explore Hatu Peak or Tannu Jubbar Lake — the final stretch to Hatu Peak requires a short uphill walk from the vehicle parking area. Overnight stay in Narkanda.
After breakfast, drive to Kalpa, a picturesque village in Kinnaur district, famous for its apple orchards and panoramic views of the Kinner Kailash range. En route, visit Sarahan Bhimakali Temple (one of the 51 Shakti Peethas). After darshan, continue your drive along the Sutlej River valley to reach Kalpa by evening. Check in to your hotel and enjoy a peaceful night amid the Himalayas. Overnight stay in Kalpa.
After breakfast, check out and drive towards Tabo, located deep in the Spiti Valley. The drive is scenic, passing through Khab Sangam (confluence of Spiti and Sutlej Rivers) and Nako Village, where you can visit Nako Lake and Monastery. Continue your journey through steep gorges and barren mountain landscapes to reach Tabo. Overnight stay in Tabo.
After breakfast, visit the 1,000-year-old Tabo Monastery, a UNESCO heritage site often called the “Ajanta of the Himalayas.” Later, proceed to Dhankar Monastery, perched dramatically on a cliff — a short uphill walk from the parking area is required to reach the monastery. Continue to Kaza, the administrative capital of Spiti Valley, and check in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Kaza.
After breakfast, explore the high-altitude villages around Kaza. Visit Langza (the fossil village), Hikkim (home to the world’s highest post office), and Komic (one of the world’s highest villages accessible by road). Enjoy stunning views of the snow-clad Himalayas and local Tibetan culture. Later, visit Key Monastery, one of the most iconic landmarks in Spiti — requires a short climb from the parking area. Return to Kaza by evening. Overnight stay in Kaza.
After an early breakfast, start your return journey to Kalpa, passing through the same scenic high-altitude terrain and valleys. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax while enjoying sunset views over Kinner Kailash Peak. Overnight stay in Kalpa.
After breakfast, drive back towards Shimla, retracing your route along the Sutlej River. You can take short breaks at Rampur Bushahr and Jeori for refreshments or local shopping. Reach Shimla by evening and check in at your hotel. Overnight stay in Shimla.
After breakfast, check out and drive back to Chandigarh. On arrival, you’ll be dropped at the airport or railway station for your onward journey, marking the end of your memorable Spiti Valley expedition.
