Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati – Drive to Tezpur

Distance: 180 km | Time: 4–5 hrs Arrive at Guwahati Airport and drive towards Tezpur. Journey through Brahmaputra plains with tea gardens and rural landscapes. Relaxed start to the tour. Overnight stay in Tezpur.
Tezpur → Dirang → Bhalukpong

Day 2: Tezpur to Dirang – Entering Arunachal

Distance: 190 km | Time: 6–7 hrs Drive towards Dirang after breakfast. Cross Bhalukpong and complete permit formalities. Scenic mountain drive with forests and river valleys. Overnight stay in Dirang.
Dirang → Sela Pass → Tawang

Day 3: Dirang to Tawang – Sela Pass Experience

Distance: 135 km | Time: 6–7 hrs Drive via Sela Pass (13,700 ft). Visit Sela Lake and Jaswant Garh War Memorial. Enjoy waterfalls and mountain views. Overnight stay in Tawang.
Tawang → Bum La Pass → Madhuri Lake

Day 4: Tawang – Bum La Pass & Madhuri Lake

Distance: 80 km (round trip) | Time: 5–6 hrs Excursion to Bum La Pass (subject to permits). Visit Madhuri Lake. Return to Tawang. Evening at leisure.
Tawang → Tawang Monastery

Day 5: Tawang – Monastery & Local Exploration

Distance: 20–30 km | Time: 3–4 hrs Visit Tawang Monastery. Explore local markets and viewpoints. Relaxed cultural day.
Tawang → Shergaon
